"Dr. Lori is the best optometrist that I have EVER been to!!! First, I have been wearing glasses since I was in high school and I also use to wear contacts while in high school too. As time went on I stopped wearing contacts due to how uncomfortable and irritated they made my eyes feel. I have tried sooo many contacts and none of them seemed to work due to my dry eye issues & my optometrists didn't seem to have the patience needed to help me find the right brand that worked best for me and my needs. I have had punctual plugs and my eyes still didn't seem to agree with any of the contacts that were being recommended. I honestly felt like my case was hopeless and that maybe I just couldn't wear contacts and having nonchalant optometrists didn't make the situation better. Well, I decided to try Dr. Jasper and I scheduled my eye exam. When I first walked in, I was greeted and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I was then checked in via IPAD...love love loved this being that I am a technology/Mac geek. After I was checked in I was then given the most thorough eye exam I have had since the first time I had my eyes checked back in high school. Dr. Jasper was not only thorough but she was friendly, funny, and she answered all of my questions. Out of all of this, the thing that made the biggest impression was her willingness to teach me (the right way) and video me taking my contacts out all while encouraging me during the first few times when I wanted give up on contacts (again). She was so patient, she stayed over past closing time and showed me how to properly take out the contacts that she special ordered for me & to top it all off.....SO FAR THE CONTACTS FEEL GREAT AND I CAN ACTUALLY SEE OUT OF THEM!!!! Dr. Jasper was so patient and determined to find me a brand of contacts that worked for me! Now if this isn't an AWESOME optometrist I don't know who is! I highly recommend her!!!!
